Klass Chauffeur is a London-based chauffeur company operating across Greater London and the home counties. We run a small, modern fleet of Mercedes S-Class, V-Class, Jet Class and Range Rover Autobiography vehicles, driven by TfL-licensed chauffeurs who are DBS checked and trained in close-protection-aware client handling. Whether you need a Heathrow transfer at 4am, a roadshow car across the City for a working day, or a wedding car from Knightsbridge to Cliveden, we run it on fixed pricing with no surge and no surprise extras.
Three things separate a real chauffeur service from a private-hire taxi: the car has to arrive early and clean, the driver has to know London without checking the map, and the price has to match the quote. We try to get all three right on every booking. The repeat business from our corporate accounts and the reviews from our private clients suggest we usually do.

Most of our work comes from clients who book us twice. That changes how we run the operation.
Vehicles are no more than three years old, valeted before every job, and presented with mineral water, phone chargers, WiFi, umbrellas and mints. The S-Class, V-Class and Range Rover Autobiography are the cars our clients actually ask for, and we don't pad the fleet with older stock to push up the average price.
Every chauffeur holds a Transport for London Private Hire Driver Licence, is DBS checked, and is trained in client discretion. Most have five years or more of London driving behind them. They wear a suit, they don't take calls in the cabin, and they know which Heathrow terminal to wait at for a 14:35 BA flight from Doha.
Quote at booking is the price you pay. No surge during rush hour, no airport surcharge, no extra for evening or weekend journeys (unless explicitly stated). Waiting time is included up to the standard window for the service type.
Public Liability cover up to £10 million on every journey. Corporate accounts can request copies of insurance and licensing documentation for their compliance files. NDA cover is available on request.

How much does a chauffeur service in London cost?
Airport transfers start from £150 fixed. Hourly hire is £70/hr for Mercedes S-Class and V-Class, £75/hr for the Mercedes Jet Class V-Class configuration, and £90/hr for the Range Rover Autobiography, with a four-hour minimum. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. We confirm the full price at booking, including any waiting time, and we do not add surcharges later.
Are your chauffeurs licensed?
Yes. Every driver holds a Transport for London (TfL) Private Hire Driver Licence and has passed an enhanced DBS check. Klass Chauffeur Ltd holds a current TfL Operator Licence and Public Liability cover up to £10 million per journey. Corporate clients can request copies of our insurance certificate and operator documentation for their compliance records.
Which areas of London do you cover?
We cover all 32 London boroughs plus the City. The majority of our pickups are in central and west London: Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Kensington and Marylebone. We are also frequent in the City, Canary Wharf and along the financial corridor. Out-of-town work covers the home counties, Oxford, Cambridge, the Cotswolds, the south coast and racing venues such as Ascot, Goodwood and Wimbledon.
Can I book a chauffeur for the whole day?
Yes. Hourly hire is available on all vehicles with a four-hour minimum. The chauffeur stays with the car at every stop for the duration of the booking, so the vehicle is your car for the day. Common day-rate use cases include London shopping days, multi-meeting business runs, family days out, and discreet personal errands.
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes. The reservations team is contactable around the clock and we run journeys 24/7 including bank holidays. Late-night and overnight bookings are charged at the same hourly or fixed rate unless explicitly stated. For 4am Heathrow departures and red-eye returns, our chauffeur arrives 10-15 minutes before the booked time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and corporate account billing. Private bookings are charged after the journey is complete. Corporate accounts are billed monthly with a consolidated invoice and detailed journey reports.
