From £180 fixed. North and South Terminal. Meet and greet, flight tracking, 60-minute wait.
Gatwick to central London is around 28 miles via the M23 and M25. Off-peak the run is 60 to 90 minutes; at rush hour the M25 west can add 30 to 40 minutes. The chauffeur watches the traffic in the hour before pickup and selects the route on the day, switching between the M23 / M25 western or eastern legs depending on incidents and time of day.
Most of our Gatwick work is for arriving passengers who want a car waiting in arrivals rather than a Gatwick Express ride into Victoria followed by a taxi onward. For families with luggage, business travellers with kit, and anyone landing late at night, a fixed-price chauffeur is the cleaner option. For departures we arrive 10 minutes early and time the run for your check-in window.
All prices subject to VAT. Includes meet-and-greet, terminal parking, flight tracking, and 60 minutes of waiting time.
Flight was delayed three hours, driver waited at Terminal 5 without a single complaint. No surge charge. This is what I expect and almost never get from London providers.
We use Klass for every executive run from Heathrow. Drivers are early, cars are spotless, and the billing is clean. Switched our entire London account over within a month.
Booked the V-Class for our wedding party from Knightsbridge to Cliveden. The team handled the timings, the photos at pickup, and the late return. Worth every penny.
Mercedes S-Class from £180, Mercedes V-Class from £185 (up to six passengers), Range Rover Autobiography from £225. All prices are inclusive of meet-and-greet, terminal parking, flight tracking and 60 minutes of waiting time, and are subject to VAT.
Yes. North Terminal and South Terminal are both served. Our flight tracking shows your inbound terminal and the chauffeur is positioned at the correct one before you land. If your terminal is reassigned, the driver moves automatically.
Typically 60 to 90 minutes off-peak. M23 / M25 traffic can extend this to 90 to 120 minutes at rush hour, particularly heading west on the M25 between 16:00 and 19:00 on weekdays. The chauffeur selects the route on the day based on live traffic, and there is no extra charge for time spent in traffic.
The 60-minute waiting window starts from the actual landing time, not the scheduled time. Our flight tracking adjusts the chauffeur's arrival to match. There is no charge for the additional wait between scheduled and actual landing.
Yes. Gatwick-to-Heathrow transfers (around 60-90 minutes by road via M25) are a common booking, particularly when an inbound international flight at LGW connects to a long-haul departure at LHR with too little time for the rail option. We confirm the cleanest route the day of travel.
Yes. Gatwick to Brighton is a regular run for us at around 35 minutes. We also cover the wider south coast: Worthing, Eastbourne, Bognor, Chichester, Goodwood. Prices are quoted per postcode at booking.
