For weddings, anniversaries, gala evenings, theatre nights and once-a-year sporting events, the car is part of the photograph. We treat occasion bookings differently from a standard transfer: there is a longer pre-event call with the booker, the vehicle is cleaned to a higher standard the morning of the event, and the chauffeur turns up early enough to handle any last-minute change of plan without rushing anyone.
Most occasion bookings are on hourly hire, which keeps the car with you for the full event window. For weddings we coordinate timings between the ceremony venue, the photography location and the reception, including allowances for traffic and group photos at each end. For racing days at Ascot and Wimbledon we pre-plan drop-off and pickup with the venue so the car is on hand before the last race or the final point.

Yes. For larger parties we coordinate multiple vehicles for the bridal car, the parents and attendants, and guests, with synchronised timing between the ceremony, reception, photography and any onward venue. We will run a planning call with the wedding planner or family contact two to four weeks before the date.
Yes. Both events are in our regular calendar. We pre-plan parking, drop-off and pickup with the venue and confirm the chauffeur location with you before the end of play or the last race. Same-day Ascot ladies' day bookings should be made at least three weeks in advance because demand is high.
Yes. Hourly hire covers the chauffeur waiting at the venue for the full duration. The car stays in the venue's official chauffeur parking or the nearest equivalent. For longer events with a known end time, a return-only journey at a fixed price is often cheaper than full hourly waiting.
We run late-night returns from Cliveden, Beaverbrook, Stoke Park, the Cotswolds and country wedding venues back to London regularly. Night-time pickup is included at the booked rate without a surcharge. We confirm the pickup time with you on the day so the chauffeur arrives at the venue as the last toast is being given.
Yes. Ribbon and floral decoration to your colour scheme is included on request. We do not apply anything that damages the paintwork. The colour and style should be confirmed at least two weeks before the date.
