Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged in full.
For airport transfer bookings, the same cancellation terms apply based on the scheduled pickup time (for departures) or the scheduled flight landing time (for arrivals).
Hourly bookings ("By The Hour" or "As Directed") follow the same cancellation policy. Early termination of an hourly booking once the journey has commenced is non-refundable for the booked period.
Corporate account holders may have specific cancellation terms as agreed in their service level agreement. Please refer to your account terms or contact your dedicated account manager.
If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location within the complimentary waiting time (15 minutes for standard pickups, 60 minutes for international airport arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic airport arrivals), the booking will be classified as a no-show and charged in full.
Changes to bookings must be requested by the customer during working hours and confirmed by the licensed PHV operator (Klass Chauffeur). Changes are subject to availability and may result in a revised quotation.
In the unlikely event that Klass Chauffeur needs to cancel a booking, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative vehicle and chauffeur of equal or higher specification.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days to the original payment method used for the booking.
