Corporate Chauffeur London

Consistent, premium ground transport for London's executive teams.

For Business

Executive Travel

A corporate chauffeur account replaces the ad-hoc booking and expense-claim cycle with a single point of contact and a single monthly invoice. It is built for finance, legal, technology and professional-services firms that move executives across London on a regular basis and want the same standard every time.

Our corporate clients book daily airport runs from Heathrow and London City, end-of-day pickups from the office in the City and Canary Wharf, multi-stop roadshow days across Mayfair and St James's, and visiting-executive itineraries that need to look polished and run on time. Each account is allocated a primary chauffeur and a named operations contact who knows your preferences, your billing references, and your travel team.

Corporate Reviews

We use Klass for every executive run from Heathrow. Drivers are early, cars are spotless, and the billing is clean. Switched our entire London account over within a month.

I run a London law firm and we have a corporate account. Roadshow days with 7 stops across the City, all on time. The chauffeurs know the routes better than my GPS.

Booked the V-Class for our wedding party from Knightsbridge to Cliveden. The team handled the timings, the photos at pickup, and the late return. Worth every penny.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

What is included in a corporate chauffeur account?

A dedicated account manager, priority booking, monthly consolidated invoicing with detailed journey reports, named driver allocation on request, and the option for NDA coverage. Accounts are billed monthly in arrears with cost-centre or matter-code references attached to each journey at booking time.

How is billing handled?

Corporate accounts receive a single monthly invoice with a line-item journey report covering the date, time, route, vehicle, passenger reference and fare for every booking. Payment is by bank transfer on 14-day or 30-day terms depending on the account agreement. VAT receipts and individual journey receipts are available on request.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We routinely sign client-side NDAs covering both the operations team and the chauffeurs. Our own standard confidentiality undertaking is in place by default for every booking. Drivers do not discuss passengers, destinations or conversations with anyone outside the operations team, and we do not subcontract to third-party drivers without prior agreement.

Do you cover roadshows and multi-stop business days?

Yes. Roadshow days are one of the services we run most often. A typical roadshow is a Mercedes V-Class or Range Rover for the day with a named chauffeur, six to ten stops across the City, Mayfair and Canary Wharf, scheduled with realistic London travel times between meetings. For larger teams we dispatch multiple vehicles with coordinated pickups.

Which industries do you usually work with?

Finance and banking, legal, technology, media and entertainment, real estate, healthcare, hospitality and management consulting. Most of our corporate accounts are headquartered in the City of London, Canary Wharf or the West End. We also work with hotel concierges who book on behalf of resident corporate guests.

How quickly can a new account be set up?

An account can be set up and active within one working day of receiving the signed agreement and billing details. For urgent ad-hoc work we can take a booking on the day and back-onboard the account in parallel.

Can you provide insurance and licensing documentation for compliance?

Yes. We can provide a compliance pack containing our TfL Operator Licence confirmation, Public Liability insurance certificate (cover up to £10 million per journey), driver TfL Private Hire Driver Licence references and DBS check confirmation. This is standard for legal, banking and regulated-industry accounts.
