"Company" refers to Klass Chauffeur Ltd, registered in England and Wales. "Customer" refers to the person or organisation making the booking. "Chauffeur" refers to the licensed driver assigned to the journey.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation via email or SMS. Prices quoted at the time of booking are fixed and will not change unless the journey details are altered by the customer.
Payment is required in advance for all private bookings unless a corporate account has been established. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with payment due within 30 days. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
For airport pickups, complimentary waiting time is provided: 60 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights, commencing from the actual landing time. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

The Company cannot be held responsible for luggage or personal belongings left in vehicles. Whilst we make every effort to reunite customers with lost items, we accept no liability for loss or damage.
Passengers are expected to behave in a reasonable manner. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate a journey if passenger conduct endangers the safety of the chauffeur or other road users. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee may be charged for any damage or soiling of the vehicle interior.
Klass Chauffeur Ltd carries comprehensive insurance as required by law. However, we shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or inability to perform our services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, adverse weather, road closures, accidents, or other force majeure events.
In the unlikely event that the booked vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher specification at no additional cost.
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Any complaints should be directed to office@klasschauffeur.co.uk within 48 hours of the journey. We aim to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.
